Happy Birthday, Mac! Iconic Computer Turns 25Apple’s original Mac, the Macintosh 128K, was released on Jan. 24, 1984. Its simplistic, compact design featured a black-and-white monitor but revolutionized computing by creating the look and feel still present in current Macs. It also began to familiarize the world with that previously unknown, little rainbow apple.
